Andy joined Lansdowne Partners in 2005 and is a member of the Management Committee. Prior to joining Lansdowne, Andy was the co-founder and COO of Cheiron Capital Management LLP, a global financials long/short hedge fund. Prior to founding Cheiron in 2003, Andy was Head of Research at EIM in London, a global investment management organisation specialising in the allocation of capital to hedge funds.

Andy began his career at J Rothschild Investment Management before moving to GAM (Global Asset Management) in 1996. As a hedge fund analyst in the Multi-Manager Group, Andy was involved in analysing and evaluating hedge funds for the European component of GAM’s external hedge fund investments.

Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking & International Finance from the City University Business School, London.
