We are delighted to announce the completion of our acquisition of CRUX Asset Management, the UK based equity investment boutique. The transaction was completed on 14th August 2023 with Lansdowne taking full ownership of CRUX.
We are pleased to announce that Lansdowne Partners will be acquiring CRUX Asset Management, the UK-based active equity investment manager. We look forward to meeting CRUX investors over the coming weeks.
Completion of the acquisition is subject to receiving all relevant regulatory approvals, which is expected to take approximately three months. During this period, we advise all CRUX investors to visit the CRUX website for continued access to the CRUX investor portal, and to address any other queries they may have relating to their investments.

Sir Paul Ruddock to Retire From Lansdowne Partners

Sir Paul Ruddock, one of the UK’s most prominent financiers, and the chairman of the Victoria and Albert Museum, is to step down as the head of the hedge fund he co-founded, Lansdowne Partners.
Jenny joined Lansdowne Partners in April 2014. Prior to this, Jenny was the Investor Relations representative at Habrok Capital Management, a global long/short equity hedge fund based in London. Jenny began her career at Habrok in 2006 (then part of Trafelet Delta Funds), where she managed all client relationships globally.
Naomi Shee
Naomi joined Lansdowne Partners in September 2015, having previously worked at Transact, an investment platform, as a Client Service Manager. Prior to Transact, Naomi worked at Just, a provider of retirement income products.
Naomi holds a BA Hons in French and English Literature from the University of Leicester.
